DeleteStruggling with the numbers behind the next Nashville vs Penguins match right now, and will probably wait until closer to match start to see if I can find something more conclusive.
One very possible option is that Penguins wins the first three, lose two and then win the cup in Nashville 11.6

i don't think nashville loses the next game just by observing. i was watching that nats-giants game yesterday and they handed out the suspensions earlier today. harper 4 games and strickland 6 games. there could be a riddle here. perhaps penguins stay at 4 stanley cups and 6 conference titles. i'll look more into it later tonight when i get home from work.
ReplyDeleteI think the winner of this nba finals could be in sync with the NHL/SOCCER championships. I don't watch neither of these sports so please correct me if i'm wrong, just passing along what ive heard. If real madrid and penguins end up winning, both of these teams would be repeating champs. Cavs are on the verge of repeating as well, could this be the year of "repeats", last year we had the year of "comebacks". Just throwing this out there.

Deleteyou're on to something. real madrid won their 33rd la liga title. lebron going for his 33rd postseason win. nashville had 33 losses regular & postseason combined this year before yesterday's game one. something to think about.

Regarding the Penguins vs Predators match this evening, I found this a tough one to decode a winner. But going through the numbers and news stories again, right now I feel quite confident that the Penguins are going to win again today.

When I started working this match-up, at first I thought maybe this was a super opportunity for Nashville really. This is their 1530 franchise game, and with a win they will go up 13-5 in this playoffs.
But when I checked their star #35 Pekka Rinne, I found the numbers to be pointing to much in both directions for Nashville, numbers both for a win and other numbers for a loss. I was expecting more conclusive numbers for a win really, in such a pivotal match, and their #1530...
What I really do not like for #35 Rinne is the 1804 weeks since his birthday. This would match total playoff loss #48 for Nashville. They also come into this game with 84 total goals in their 17 playoff matches so far, so today #18. 1848, could easily be read as confirmation of 48.
If Penguins wins today they will travel down south to Nashville with a 14-7 record this playoffs, 198 total playoff wins and 163 playoff losses. This would then probably be the best match I have seen this far in 2017 NHL playoffs, regarding latitude and longitude degrees: Nashville 36 10'00 North and 86 47'00 West.
Pittsburgh will win today.
