    I don't know much about baseball lately...I assume they let Astros win because they know the sheep will just cry coincidence at the SI issue....but, they've never let houston win much. Of anything since the Rockets, when OJ was on tv and MJ was 2 years out....my understanding is houston gas a large black population. ...heavy black populated cities..like Philadelphia, atlanta, carolina...obviously have gotten near the prize only a couple times but never get to win...the saints got theirs once for the next 50 years
